EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING BIN ON SILT FEEDER. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING UP IN A FRONT END LOADER AND THE BUCKET ON THE LOADER BUMPED THE SILT FEEDER CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE ON THE BIN TO FALL AND BRUISE MUSCLES IN HIS LOWER BACK.
