THE INJURED SAID HE WAS WALKING OVER TO GET THE SCOOP WHEN HE RAN INTO A ROOF BOLT, FELL DOWN TO HIS KNEES, AND HEARD SOMETHING POP IN RIGHT KNEE. HIS KNEE WAS NOT HURTING THAT BAD. HE FINISHED WORKING THE REST OF SHIFT.
THE INJURED TOOK RAM CAR TO BATTERY BARN TO CHANGE BATTERIES. WHEN HE WAS GETTING OFF OF THE CAB OF RAM CAR, HE SLIPPED, FELL & HURT HIS LOWER BACK.
The injured took the ram car out to the battery barn to change the batteries, he said he tripped and fell down and injured his right wrist.
The injured was climbing up and down a ladder when he slipped and hit his right knee against a step on the ladder.

EE SAID HE WAS DRAGGING THE ROCK DUST HOSE, DUSTING THE WEST BELT, HE WAS WALKING BACKWARDS AS DUSTING AND TRIPPED OVER AN EMPTY WATER JUG. HE FELL AND TWISTED RIGHT KNEE.
EE SAID HE WAS GETTING OUT OF THE CAB OF A RAM CAR WHEN HE HURT HIS LEFT KNEE.
EE STATED HE SLIPPED & FELL ON PIECE OF METAL BELT COVER (SIMILAR TO BARN METAL.), THAT WAS LYING IN CATWALK ALONG SLOPE BELT BETWEEN PORTAL &TRANSFER WHEN HE WAS WALKING DOWN CATWALK FROM TRANSFER HOUSE AFTER RETRIEVING TOOLS FROM HOUSE
EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN SLOPE, STEPPED ON MUCKER CABLE, SLIPPED AND FELL CAUSING BRUISES TO LOWER BACK.
