Equipment operator was fueling up loader when operator stepped off the fuel station's concrete slab, rolled ankle and fell into the loader pulling some muscles in back and neck. 5/23/2016 Tuesday EE went to the doctors and the doctor said EE pulled some muscles in neck and put EE on light duty for 2 weeks.

The plam of his left hand made contact with welding rods bored in a box on the shelf and his left hand was cut.
EE EXPERIENCED KNEE PAIN WHILE CLIMBING IN AND OUT OF THE CRANE CAB. VISITED DOCTOR ON 6-30-03. SOME QUESTIONS AS TO WHETHER THE INJURY WAS WORK RELATED, POSSIBLY PRE-EXISTING.
EE WAS CHECKING THE BUCKET KICKOUT MAGNET ON HTE 988F. HE HAD CLIMBED ONTO THE ARMS OF THE LOADER TO ACCESS THE MAGNET. WHEN HE FINISHED THE WORK, HE CLIMBED BACK DON. HE PLACED HIS LEFT FOOT ON A BUCKET ARM AND WHEN HE TRANSFERRED HIS WEIGHT, HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL. HIS LEFT SIDE STRUCK THE BUCKET ARM. IT WAS RAINING OUT AT THE TIME.
