Miner was walking down a conveyor passageway, apparently he didn't notice the end of the conveyor with a ladder to step down, he kept walking and fell approximatley 5 feet to the ground.
Miner was trying to clean a chute from a screen with a hammer. The hammer fell onto the working platform floor and EE jumped from about 3' to the floor. When he tried to get up, his knees could not stand his weight.
EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING AND MAINTAINING THE LOADER EQUIPMENT. WHILE CLIMBING THE LADDER HE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND LANDING ON HIS RIGHT ARM
