Lost footing and fell while spot bolting on new section. Injured left elbow specifically. He also complained that his head and back hurt. He has an abrasion between his left elbow and wrist. Left elbow was visibly swollen. No broken bones.

VENTILATION - EE WAS WORKING IN THE #6 HEAD ON THE MINE SECTION OF THE COAL THAT WAS BEING MINED. HE WAS STANDING ON A LADDER WHEN THE LEG OF THE LADDER GAVE WAY. HE FELL OFF AND HIT THE GROUND ON HIS LEFT SIDE (SPRAINED/BRUISED ELBOW).
