Employee was getting on his dozer at the beginning of his shift, when he slipped and fell between the push arm and track. He injured his left shoulder and left hip.

Employee was exiting his rock truck at the end of his shift. As he was climbing down the ladder his foot slipped causing him to fall approx. 10 feet to the ground. He landed on his left arm. Employee broke his left wrist.
