Employee was assigned to work on the conveyor belt. As he was traveling (walking) in a x-cut that contained muddy gob on the floor he slipped on a 3" water pipe and fell onto his buttock. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital and treated for a contusion.
Installing an 8 ft roof bolt, while straighting the bolt to install he slipped and strained his back.
