Showing all 13Completing routine drive around inspection when EE noticed pc of steel on ramp to primary crusher. Climbed up pile of rocks to get pc of steel down. When EE went to lift object, lost footing and fell down landing on top of a rock. Felt something give out in EE's back. Employee is currently working restricted duty!
Employee was exiting personal vehicle in the parking lot. When employee stepped out of vehicle, employee twisted/rolled right ankle.
When exiting the Haul Truck after doing maintenance, the step down was further than the employee realized and felt something pull in leg
Employee was stepping down from a concrete slab to the ground and underestimated the step-down height. The way they landed jarred a knee. Originally refused treatment but on 7/6 - decided to have it looked at. Scheduled for PT and restricted duty.
