Employee was completing a preshift inspection on the loader, when the bottom step to the equipment broke. The employee reported pain in their ankle. They sought medical treatment on 12/14/21 and were placed on restricted work duties.
An employee was helping with repairing the horn on the dozer. When they went to dismount the machine, the employee grabbed the handle to the hood. The hood shifted, causing the employee to lose their balance and fall between the dozer tracks and blade. The employee injured their leg.
The employee was completing a pre-shift inspection on the John Deere 750K dozer. After checking the engine oil, he could not get the engine compartment door to close because the door was bent. He tried to kick the door to make it shut and his right foot slipped off the tracks and he fell off the machine and landed on his left arm on a berm.

Employee was climbing a ladder and while on the second or third step the ladder slid off of the leg of the sand screw. The ladder and employee fell to the ground and he hit his left elbow on the concrete pier on the way down resulting in a chipped elbow.
