Showing all 8Injured employee was pulling a water hose while cleaning up an area at the wet plant. While walking EE stepped on a sand pile causing EE to trip injuring EE's right knee and back. Employee was diagnosed with a sprained right knee and back and was given work restrictions.
A heavy equipment operator was dismounting an excavator at the end of the shift. The bottom access step was covered in mud and caused the employee to slip and land awkwardly injuring left knee. On 11/5/2019 the employee was diagnosed with a sprained MCL and placed on restricted duty as a result of the original injury.
