while walking on the South Path teammate slipped in a wet surface and EE's knee hit the floor. after 3 days of no contact with the plant the teammate reported EE's foot was hurting.

EE was attempting to get into the 2017 S570 Bobcat. While attempting to enter the Bobcat EE stepped in the mouth of the bucket and grabbed a hold of the handles to pull self into the Bobcat. While stepping up to the grates to enter the Bobcat EE's left foot slipped on the mud which EE was standing on in the Bobcat's bucket.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS LOOKING AT HIS WATCH. HE TURNED AROUND AND STARTED WALKING TOWARD HIS PACKAGING MACHINE. HE TRIPPED ON THE LEG OF ANOTHER MACHINE AND FELL INTO A METAL STAND. CONTUSION TO RIG HT ARM AND LEFT CHEST.

THE EE WAS DESCENDING DOWN A SET OF STAIRS. AS HE REACHED THE BOTTOM, HIS FEET SLIPPED, CAUSING HIS LOWER BODY TO TWIST. THIS TWISTING MOTION CAUSED A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK AREA. BACK SPRAIN.
