EE ASSURED HIS SUPERVISOR THAT HE WAS NOT INJURED AND RETURNED TO HIS SHIFT. THE NEXT DAY EE COMPLAINED OF BACK PAIN, AND WAS SENT FOR MEDICAL EXAM.
