While pulling power cords miner slipped and fell on power cord end injuring his groin. Initial diagnosis on 09/10/2014 was contusion, prescribed muscle relaxors and to take over the counter pain meds. Follow up visit on 09/12/2014 with Dr., diagnosis is likely a hernia, appointment for surgery scheduled for 9/15/2014 at 9:30 AM.

While performing maintenance operations to magnet mounted on crusher EE's foot slipped. He states he felt something pop. Significant swelling developed in his lower leg prompting the subsequent medical attention. Fall protection was in use.
