EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A WATER PUMP. THERE WAS WATER IN THE PIT. HE USED THE LOADER TO GET OUT TO THE PUMP. EVERYTHING WAS WET. HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE LOADER AND HE FELL AND FRACTURED HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO GET TO A WATER PUMP TO WORK ON IT. HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL, GRABBING ONTO THE HAND RAIL. HE HIT THE WALK ON HIS RIGHT LOWER SIDE NEAR KIDNEY AREA. RECEIVED A 3" LONG CUT AND BRUISES.
