EE HAD BEGUN CLIMBING A LADDER. HE HAD 2 SODAS IN HIS LEFT HAND AND WAS THEREFORE USING HIS LEFT ARM ON THE LADDER RUNG RATHER THAN HIS HAND. HE BEGAN WITH HIS LEFT FOOT ON THE 1ST RUNG AND RT . HAND ON A RUNG ABOUT HEAD HEIGHT. WHEN HE TRANSFERRED HIS WEIGHT ON RT. FOOT ON 2ND RUNG HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL ABOUT TWO FEET TO THE GROUND CAUSING A SPRAINED ANKLE & CRACKED
