EMPLOYEE WAS LEAVING WAREHOUSE AREA TO GO HOME. IT WAS RAINING AND HE WAS HURRYING TO GET TO HISTRUCK. WHEN HE TURNED AROUND THE CORNER OF ANOTHER TRUCK HIS FOOT SLIPPED OUT FROM UNDER HIM AND HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT ARM.
