EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SET A SCREEN BASKET ON A 450 MVP CEDARIOS CONE CRUSHER. AS HE WAS LIFTING THE BASKET IT SLIPPED AND FELL ON HIS RIGHT FOREARM AND ELBOW. CONDITIONS WAS DRY AND COOL.
