Our technician was working onsite at the C&J Gravel shop in Durango, CO, Mine ID#0504034. While removing jaw wedge with an impact wrench the pusher bolts and wedge became free pushing the impact wrench into EE's chest, causing EE to fall on the grizzley fingers. EE was treated and released at Mercy Medical missing one day of work on Friday 1/15/16

After servicing the loader, EE started walking to personal truck to go home and stepped wrong then slipped on snow. (It had been snowing all day) resulting from the slip & twisting of his ankle he fell to ground onto his right side. He said when he slipped he felt something pop. EE said he was going to wait until morning to have Dr Check ankle.
He was putting oil into the grizzly feed to one of our rock crushers when he turned to come down the pile of dirt he was on he fell. He tried to catch himself and hurt his back.
Employee was heating a large bolt that was stuck. A chain holding the cone head in place broke, allowing it to turn, causing him to slip and fall approx. 2 feet.
