Showing all 5While sweeping stairs right knee twisted and became sore. Today the employee reported that doctors determined that low potassium caused the pain.
Employee was greasing rams when his foot slipped and dropped approximately 12". His left hand was holding front grill of bulldozer. He jerked left hand and his shoulder popped. At the time since there was no medical treatment other than ice/heat and aspirin it was not reportable. As of June 8, it was reported to us that there is now a bicep tear not found at the first doctor visit.
Tripped and fell while cleaning up work area. Fell with arms outstretched and broke right wrist.
