Showing all 9Employee stated that after evening shift was ended he slipped on stairs from mine to parking lot fell in ditch and injured knee.
While climbing off loader, employee slipped at top and fell, grabbing handrail with right hand midway down, stopping decent. This caused a sharp pain in right shoulder. Employee finished shift and continued to work until shoulder worsened on 1/30/12 and is now off awaiting release from doctor.
