HE WAS CROSSING THE BELT POWER OFF TO GET SOME SUPPLIES FOR THE ELECTRICIANS HE JUMPED OFF THE BELT LINE AND LANDED ON UNEVEN BOTTOM RESULTING IN SPRAINED ANKLE WITH TORN LIGAMENTS #1 THIS ANK LE WAS WEAK FROM A PREVIOUS INJURY #2 THE NATURE OF THE BOTTOM WHERE HE JUMPED WAS UNDETECTABLE DUE TO APPROX 2" OF WATER IN THIS AREA
