EE WAS HELPING THE #14M TO SET UP. AFTER GETTING THE MINER TO LOCATION, EE WAS LAYING MINER CABLE OUT OF THE ROADWAY. WHEN HE BENT OVER TO LAY THE CABLE TO THE SIDE, HE LOST FOOTING, FELL ON H IS LEFT HAND AND FRACTURED HIS RING FINGER.
