Employee was climbing an embankment to weld on a conveyor belt tail piece, when he slipped off the embankment and tried to catch himself on the side of the truck, spraining his right wrist. He was transported to St. Edwards ER, x-rays were taken, there were no broken or dislocated bones. He returned to work on the next schedule day of work 7/5/11 to his normal duties.

Three employees were erecting a concrete block stopping. One employee turned to pick up another block, lost balance & fell over & 1 foot struck coworker in the left ankle causing the injury.
