Showing all 7EE was operating a Cont. Miner when he saw a coal rib working beside the machine. He turned to hurry and leave area and tripped on the cable of mining machine which caused his arm to strike shuttle car he was loading.This resulted in a laceration (Avulsion Type) to his arm.
THE INJURED WAS SPREADING ROCKDUST BY HAND. HE WAS CARRYING 1/2 LB. OF ROCKDUST DOWN A SLICK GRADE WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL. THIS RESULTED IN A FRACTURED RIGHT ANKLE.
EE WAS GETTING OUT OF THE DECK OF SCOOP BUT HIS FOOT DOWN SLIPPED ON THE WET BOTTOM TWISTING HISRIGHT FOOT.
