THE 135 DEMAG WAS LOADING 777C CAT ROCK TRUCK WHEN BOLTS SECURING CAB OF MACHINE BROKE LETTING CAB TIP FORWARD OFF THE FRAME OF MACHINE.

EE WAS STANDING ON THE BACK OF THE SERVICE TRUCKTAILGATE & CLOSING THE TRUCK CARGO DOORS. HIS FEET FLEW OUT FROM UNDER HIM & HE FELL ONTO THE FROZEN GROUND & HIT HIS LEFT ANKLE.
