EMPLOYEE WAS SHOVELING OUT A "GOBED OUT" ROCK BELT UNDER THE RAW CAOL SCREEN. WHILE HE WAS STANDING UP ON THE BELT, THE BELT BROKE AND HE FELL INTO THE GOB, HITTING HIS HEAD ON A CONCRETE BARR IER.
