EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO ROUTE A 4" WATER LINE TO A DIFFERENT POSITION. HE AND A FELLOW EE RAISED THE LINE ABOVE HEAD LEVEL. TENSION FROM A BOW IN THE LINE WHEN RELEASED CAUSED THE PERSON TO LOS B ALANCE AND HIS BACK STRUCK A SHARP METAL OBJECT RESULTING IN A FRACTURE TO THE SPINAL COLUMN.
