EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON 18" RAISED PLATFORM TO CUT HOLE ABOVE HEAD TO PASS CONDUIT THROUGH. WHEN HE STEPPED DOWN FROM THE PLATFORM, HIS LEFT FOOT SLIPPED ON A LUMP OF COAL, SPRAINING HIS LEFT ANKLE.
