EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING REPAIRS AROUND A CHIMNEY ON A BUILD UP ROOF (COVERED WITH GRAVEL) AND HE WAS DOWN ON HIS KNEES ON THE GRAVEL WHEN HE FELT PRONOUNCED PAIN IN HIS LEFT KKNEE, RESULTING IN A BRUISE AND HYDRORCHROSIS.

EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING RUBBERS & SCREENS ON SCREEN DECK. WHEN HE CRAWLED OUT OF SCREEN DECK HE FELT HIS LEFT LEG START TO HURT. HE THOUGHT THE PAIN WOULD GO AWAY BUT IT CONTINUED TO HURT. HE C ONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 2/17/92 WHEN DOCTOR ADVISED HIM TO STOP WORKING.
