The employee rolled left ankle on a rock while walking behind the crusher during a screen change. The injury resulted in pain and swelling. A physician confirmed there was no severe damage and the employee could return to work on light duty.

Employee was dismounting an excavator and placed right foot on a shale rock at the same time ee left foot came off the bottom step when the rock rolled. When the rock rolled ee lower right leg broke.
