Walking in crushing area and replacing drive belts on crusher, stepped on rock, twisting left knee. Saw provider 6 days later when it began bothering him. Sent now to physical therapy for a few weeks, beginning on 11/7/05.
CRAWLING IN AND OUT OF #8 SCREEN, HIS KNEE BECAME VERY SORE. CONTINUED TO WORK WITH NO PROBLEM. ON 3/15 HAD PAIN AND SWELLING IN RIGHT KNEE. X-RAYS NEGATIVE. ADVISED LIGHT DUTY IF NO BETTER
