Showing all 11Miner was dismounting haul truck at end of shift. EE's left foot landed on an uneven surface and EE rolled EE's left ankle. This resulted in an acute sprain/strain to the left ankle.
Miner was dismounting a dozer. Their first foot on the ground landed on a rock and rolled. This resulted in a acute sprain of the right ankle.

Supervisor miner was stepping down from catwalk platform to the top of a storage bin. The hatch lid hinge is secured to the top of the bin with welded on ears that protrude up approximately 2" Miner stepped on one of the ears and twisted his ankle resulting in an acute right ankle sprain.

Stepped down on rock. Rock shifted. Lost balance and caught self with right arm resulting in acute right shoulder strain.
Employee stepped backward on the shop floor into a coiled pneumatic tool hose. He stepped forward and caught his right foot in the hose and planted his right leg awkwardly tearing his meniscus and partialy tearing a ligament. He is unable to work.
