EMPLOYEE REPORTED TO MAIN AREA FOR WORK AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO REPORT TO RAILHEAD LOADING AREA. HE DROVE TO RAILHEAD AND BEGAN WALKING DOWN TRACK TO WORK AREA. UNDER DRY CONDITIONS, HE STEPPED ON A RAIL AND TWISTED HIS ANKLE. SUPERVISOR ARRIVED AT SCENE 15 MINUTES LATER AND TRANSPORTED EMPLOYEE TO ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER. DIAGNOSED AS SPRAINED ANKLE.
