Employee stated that on 9/13/2010 he was stepping through a personnel door. As he stepped through with his right foot he stepped on a piece of coal twisting his right knee. He has continued to work until 11/15/2010 when he started missing work due to a right knee sprain.

Employee was roof bolting on miner in 8b section. He stepped on some loose coal twisting his left ankle. Upon diagnosis by dr on 9/6/07 it was determined that he sustained a fracture.
