Showing all 3EE was a passenger in the fuel/lube truck that a co-worker was driving at the time of accident. They came down the haul road after fueling. The co-worker told EE they had no air for the brakes and tried to shift down and the truck would not go back into gear. Turned the corner and the truck rolled onto its left side and then the top.
PUSHING DIRT WITH DOZER, ONE TRACK RODE UPON 18" ROCK AND SLID OFF. THE TRACK HIT THE GROUND AND JARRED THEOPERATORS BODY. HE WAS SITTING IN THE SEAT OF THE DOZER. THE JARRING OF HIS BACK AGGRAVATED HIS ARTHRITIC CONDITION
