EE was a passenger in the fuel/lube truck that a co-worker was driving at the time of accident. They came down the haul road after fueling. The co-worker told EE they had no air for the brakes and tried to shift down and the truck would not go back into gear. Turned the corner and the truck rolled onto its left side and then the top.
