OPERATOR WAS WORKING PARALLEL WITH THE ROCK WALL INSTEAD OF HORIZONTAL. WALL SLID INTO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE LOADER BREAKING THE DOOR GLASS AND FRONT RIGHT GLASS, BRUISING THE OPERATOR'S RIGHT LEG AND SIDE.
