Employee parked loader before getting out. When he was coming out he turned to the door to descend the ladder. His foot slipped off the first step and fell back. His tail end hit the ground first. He injured his lower back & leg.

OPERATOR WAS WORKING PARALLEL WITH THE ROCK WALL INSTEAD OF HORIZONTAL. WALL SLID INTO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE LOADER BREAKING THE DOOR GLASS AND FRONT RIGHT GLASS, BRUISING THE OPERATOR'S RIGHT LEG AND SIDE.
