D-11 Carry Dozer was being taken down rear road to a Low Boy when it overheated and was believed to be low of water. Employee took cap off radiator and his right side was dowsed in anti-freeze.

Showing all 3All we know was lights started getting dim & bright. I told operator to get out & check out. He informed me that dozer was on fire. He used fire ext. on dozer & could not put out. I told him to get away. We covered dozer up & ext. with water & dirt. There were no injuries & I have no idea how much damage.
WHILE WIDENING THE ROADWAY, SPOIL APPARENTLY DISLODGED & SLID, RESULTING IN A BREACH OF THE COUPLING OF THE NATURAL GAS TRANSMISSION LINE, WHICH APPARENTLY IGNITED FROM THE BLOWER OF THE DOZER , INFLICTING 3RD DEGREE BURNS TO THE OPERATOR, & FRACTURING LOWER LEFT LEG.
