Dusty Diamond Company Inc · Struck against a moving object

2 persons entered an abandoned pit area for unknown purposes. While intoxicated, the driver lost control of the vehicle, killing the passenger. Neither were employees, nor did they have any business on the property. Several secondary roads cross the abandoned pit area. Driver was arrested for suspended license & DUI, & was arrested, other charges pending.

D-11 Carry Dozer was being taken down rear road to a Low Boy when it overheated and was believed to be low of water. Employee took cap off radiator and his right side was dowsed in anti-freeze.

EE WAS HITTING TRACK BOLT WITH HAMMER WHEN A PIECE OF METAL CHIPPED OFF, GOING UNDER SAFETY GLASSES STRIKING HIM IN THE LOWER EYELID.
