Employee was hand turning a manual Winch, his finger was caught between the roller & side rail. Laceration on his Middle Finger on the Right Hand. He received 4 stitches and returned back to work the same day.

Walking on lower catwalk, bumped head into cross beam knocking hard hat off head, bent to pick up hat and stood up into steel valve control cut 1 1 4 gash in left of scalp.
Moving clutch assembly from front of dredge to middle of dredge to install on motor. Three men used to lift and move assembly.
Moving back up anchor from east bank to west bank. Cable stuck in the dirt pile and EE flipped the cable over the dirt pile and lost his footing and fell to the bottom of the pile landing on his back and neck.
Hooking up plant, stood up turned around and stepped on a patch of ice and slipped. Right knee twisted.
