EMPLOYEE WAS CLEARING TREES FOR STRIPPING. HE WAS STANDING APPROX 8' FROM THE FRONT OF THE SKID STEER LOADER WHEN THE LOADER CAUGHT A 4" SAPPLING. THE SAPPLING CAME UP AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE KNOCKING HIM BACKWARD INTO A LARGE TREE TRUNK HITTING HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
