Trautman Quarry (CS-74)Metal/Nonmetal

Employee was standing bent over a piece of corrugated roofing tin. He had one foot on the piece he was cutting and the other on the roof. His foot slid, causing the tin to slide into his rt thumb causing laceration.

EMPLOYEE WAS CLEARING TREES FOR STRIPPING. HE WAS STANDING APPROX 8' FROM THE FRONT OF THE SKID STEER LOADER WHEN THE LOADER CAUGHT A 4"" SAPPLING. THE SAPPLING CAME UP AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE KNOCKING HIM BACKWARD INTO A LARGE TREE TRUNK HITTING HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
