Employee had replaced a fuel filter on a dozer during routine preventative maintenance. During this process, ee gloves became wet with diesel fuel. When ee attempted to stand up, ee hands slipped off of the hand rails. This caused ee to fall backwards and land on the left side of ee body, and the left side of ee head.
