An operator was standing on the tracks of a bulldozer, when the operator inside the cab, accidentally hit the travel lever. The operator had foot pinched between the tracks and the dozer frame. EE broke 3 toes on left foot. One was removed at the hospital Friday night. Expected to make full recovery.

Employee dropped roll of plastic (90 lbs) when team-lifting the roll. The roll needed to be replaced on our stretch-wrap system. Roll fell and struck top of right foot. Fracture to metatarsal bone.

Lab tech, moving 3 gallon buckets (weighing 7-10 lbs) from stacked on a pallet, to a pull cart. Some buckets that were stacked 5-6 high fell over onto him as he was kneeling. Buckets hit the employee in the head (wearing hardhat). Headache resulted. No other injuries. Became a Lost Work Incident on August 15th (Dr. gave 10 Days Off).
