While the Operator that was running the equipment was able to safely get away, EE was unable to use the steps on the equipment and had to jump off and landed awkwardly in wet material.
The lid on the portable welder fell on EE's forehead and face. It resulted in a cut on the side of their nose which was glued by the physician.
Piece of metal broke off after a pin hammer and struck knee.
