Showing all 7Driller assistant stepped off of day bed of pipe truck. EE's left foot contacted a wooden block that EE did not see causing EE to roll their ankle.
While cutting 1 1/4" pipe using a wheel grinder, the grinder slipped, striking the employee above the knee resulting in a laceration.
