Employee was reaching into a partially opened tin of welding rods and the lid cut their arm above the wrist. Being in a hurry and not completely removing the tin lid caused the accident. Employee received 7 stitches to close the wound.
An employee was operating a Dingo MT-100 to clean out underneath a conveyor structure. While backing out from under the structure, the employee's left elbow struck the x-frame of the structure, resulting in a fracture of employee's wrist.
Two Employees were working on a small receiving hopper attached to a conveyor. When the employees loosened the bolts to rotate the hopper, the hopper fell to ground, striking one of the employees in the shoulder.

While the employee was adjusting the backplate, the employee's grip loosened causing the plate to slip from a controlled grip and landed on the tips of two fingers, pinched between angle iron of the backplate and frame of conveyor.
