Moving VSI lid to closed position. Hand slipped and finger was injured between the lid and upright to secure lid.

Mechanic was putting a gear back on the crane. It slipped off the jack and fell on his hand resulting in a fractured hand, and a few stitches.

Employee slipped because of ice. He reached/raised his left arm to "catch" himself on an electrician's van (vehicle) he was walking beside and sprained his shoulder. The employee reported the fall, but continued to work. Went to Dr 2 days after. MRI showed rotor cuff injury.

A jack used to stabilize a crusher was pushed into a more verticle position with the operator's foot. Pain was felt in his knee.

OPERATOR STEPPED DOWN FROM A NACHINE DID NOT NOTICE A ROCK, STEPPED ON THE ROCK AND TWISTED HER ANKLE. DR'S OFFICE VISIT, X-RAY SHOWED SPRAIN ONLY 3 1/2 DAYS OFF WORK.
