Employee was scraping mud off of crusher rolls when he hit his finger on a chute. Resulting in a small fracture on his index finger.

Mechanic was putting a gear back on the crane. It slipped off the jack and fell on his hand resulting in a fractured hand, and a few stitches.

Employee slipped because of ice. He reached/raised his left arm to "catch" himself on an electrician's van (vehicle) he was walking beside and sprained his shoulder. The employee reported the fall, but continued to work. Went to Dr 2 days after. MRI showed rotor cuff injury.
