Miner was moving a 55 gallon drum of oil and pinched his finger between the barrel and the wall of the storage building cutting his index finger on his right hand 3/4 of the way off. Miner was taken to the local hospital and received 18 stitches to repair the damage.

A ROCK WAS STUCK IN THE IMPACTOR AND EE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE IT BY LAYING ON THE ROCK TO TRY TO MOVE IT. HE SLIPPED, ROLLING ONTO THE SIDE AND EDGE OF THE ROCK, BRUISING HIS RIBS.

EE WAS DIGGING IN A ROCK WALL AT THE QUARRY WHENA LARGE ROCK FELL & LANDED IN THE LOADER BUCKET BRINGING THE BUCKET TO THE GROUND & THROWING HIMFORWARD IN THE LOADER.

ROCKS HAD GOTTEN STUCK IN THE CRUSHER, EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING ROCK OUT OF THE CRUSHER AND LATER IN THE EVENING HE EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
